Millwork (interior and exterior), including doors, windows, and finishes, is existing
and remains in its current location. Stairs and their structural and architectural components are existing, with no modifications proposed. Plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, showers/tubs) remain in their original locations as per approved plans. Plumbing and sanitary installations are existing and no changes are included in this scope. Electrical installations (panel, switches, receptacles, and lighting fixtures) are existing and remain in their current positions. Mechanical installations (hvac) are existing, with no mechanical work under this permit.the building's structural system is existing and is not modified under this scope of work.general note on drawings: "all existing conditions remain unless otherwise indicated in the construction documents, in compliance with the fbc."
